[Resolved]  Dotzot — shipment from flipkart is changed to a status that receiver not available without contacting me via mail, msg or phone

I have received the above messages on 23rd. When I checked the link the status were out for delivery on 22nd and given a contact number. When I contacted delivery agent told me that he couldn't deliver it yesterday or he couldn't contact me as well. Please note that another agent of the same have delivered two other products ro me.He is an office staff and he is doing this because of the instructions from RM.

Today(23rd) I have received another message just after the above saying they will try again and shared another contact number of agent named NOUSHAD M K
[protected]. I have tried many times to reach him on this number and also tried to contact the customer care as well. Customer care executive says they don't have any information and the product will get delivered today. Even they haven't provided correct number of local office or agent number.

Some dotzot delivery agents are changing the status to receiver not available with out informing or contacting the receiver. Also the automated system to notify the receiver regarding the product is out for delivery ia also not working as expected.
