[Resolved] Dotzot — shipment not delivered[protected] | |||||
I was expecting a delivery from an online shopping company shipped it on 16th oct 2018. After a long wait, it arrived 7th nov 2018 at the delivery office st. Johns road of the dotzot courier. 9th nov 2018 it says out for delivery only to update a fake status "receiver not available". Next day again it says "out for delivery" and gives a courier person number and link to pin location. I had already pinned location on 9th nov, so i call the courier boy 4-5 times, he picks up once in the evening, only to tell me that he is not the person to deliver, he will check and get back. Nothing happens. I then write to the company via their contact us page, get a message that the delivery will happen in 24-48 hours. Nothing happens, the delivery is still sitting with status "out for delivery" as on 10th nov 2018. After 48 hours, send a response back to the company, what is the status? I get the same reply again, wait for 24 to 48 hours. This type of companies should have legal action to stop running their business with such poor service. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Your company's job is to deliver what courier as quick as possible, as it says Express mode. Its going to be a month since the package was shipped from within India, What is your delivery branch doing with the shipment?
