[Resolved]  Dotzot — showing wrong update (awb no. i[protected])

I had dispatched a shipment of medicine dated[protected] cod amt. (Rs.): 2000.00 from dotzot courier. As per consignee shipment delivered on[protected] and consignee confirmed and matched awb no. I[protected]and medicine. But showing wrong update till yet and not delivered update and hold cod amount.

Where as this status is so misleading and now i am not aware whether. So resolve it.
