On 3rd november parcel is dispatched now date is 16th november customer nory received parcel yet daily customer msg so much worried.. Ur office daily wrongly update data out for delivery but not delivered yet customer is at 24 hours at home but ur office indore daily falsy say that very very bad service.. Plz delivered this parcel request
