Doves Vacation — I have been cheated in the name of membership

1.On the welcome Mrs.Divya clearly said that we have been into Silver Membership for 3 years, while taking the membership they've told that 3years membership & 2 year complimentary over all 40 days of plan.
2. They told us membership is for 8 people(6 adults & 2 kids), whereas as per Divya it's only 2 adults & 2 kids.
3. They committed for Goa 3 day & 2 night complimentary, but as per Divya Goa is not included in the complimentary plan.
4. It was said one day prior information was enough for a complimentary vacation. which didn't happen
5. Mr. Tousif said to us after once we come back from Goa complementary vacation we can upgrade the plan with 20k and get Manali complimentary.
6. It was promised that Breakfast & Dinner will be provided during the membership vacation, Only we will have to bear the Lunch cost, which is again not included in the package as per Mrs.Divya
7. It was said that 50% of transportation will be taken care of by the company & all the site seeing & local travelling in the vacation will be taken care of.

Note; I need a reply or a Call Back immediately. Kindly look into what sales executives are promising to the customers. Not all the customers will raise the query, Only Few customers raise the query.
