In jan 2024 we planning to make vacation through devos vacation voucher which provided us during payment done in September 2023. We try to call chennai office but no response we approach direct chennai office but it's closed. Kindly we request to refund our amount and provide response person contact mobile phone number....

The company had set up a fancy event in a premium hotel and sold the package and promised to take back money if you have any issue. There was cancellation period of 7 days to refund entire money. This company in the name of registration took our 40k hard earned money. We met sales person by name vignesh and took platinum membership registration but in the fprn they just forcefully took our signature without filling anything later when we checked form it was gold membership they had entered after we paid money then when we questioned no proper response and upon constant follow up we got customer support lady no by name Monica she was very rude with us nd upon constant request she said she will provide refund as per cancellation policy which says within 60 to 90 days full refund but after 120 days no refund nor she answer calls and we are blank don't k ow wt to do whom to reach. We were called on one Sunday In the month of Feb 2023 to a Hotel in Electronic city Phase 2 Bangalore. post that we took a vacation membership costing 75000 EMI plan for 2 Years. I never availed the vacation, now they are telling to submit the membership of 7.5K without which i cannot avail the membership.

No one picks up the call, neither they respond to an email no cancel my membership nor refund my money.

I had canceled my silver membership purchase with doves vacation due to trust issues. They confirmed the cancellation receipt and informed me over an email that I am eligible for full refund and same will be processed within 90 days from the cancellation day (09th Feb 2023). When the 90 days period was over, I reached out to them to request for refund, but they pushed it for another three months without giving any reason and no date confirmation as when will get my money back.
Even when I tried to reach them after 6 months, they are not answering calls and responding to emails.
I would like to register a cheating case against them

After few days I received a message by Mr. Syed ... employee of Doves requested me to hand loan for him, I responded that asking money with clients is not good, same is reported to company with all evidences...but no response. I dropped mail to cancel my membership till today no response from Doves Vacations... It is confirmed that Doves Vacation is a Big Trap and cheating Network. My Advice for others Dont believe such Doves Vacations they are Big Fraud

I purchased a silver membership for vacations in India. While registering I was told to pay around 800 for yearly maintainance. Now that I got the package, everytime I cll them I get to hear that season is going on so all the rooms are booked. First the said you cant book for first 3 months. Now I tried to book in March and they said till June end nothing is available. The hotels given from them cost not more than 3-4k per night and are very cheap then what we were shown. Now I asked for refund and they are not picking calls and not replying to emails. The asked for 8k yearly maintainance. Its like we are scammed for 75k and keep paying 8k per year. If we go to those same hotels on our own, it costs less then my whole package and mine is only 3 years.

At the end of 2022, I purchased their top level timeshare and paid 1.9 lakhs for the same on promises of complimentary stay in Dubai. Now when I call to ask for the stay, they do not answer, even the MD Praveen Tonge does not reply to any of my messages and does not even provide me with a resolution.

I have booked silver package without knowing about them. Now they are not responding properly and no one answers our question....

This company is 100 % fake company. If you pay money, you get trapped. my humble request don't pay money. And coming to my story:- 8 months back they called me and asking to come hotel, after I go there so many promises given by the Mubharaka ([protected]), and henna (+91 [protected])- (No.1 face to face professional cheaters) they offer with reasonable price. so i paid 1, 25, 000 (they don't give you second option we have to pay on the spot total money). after i come back home I checked reviews in internet finally I come to know that this is fake company. And plan to ask for refund by the next day. i called Mubharaka and henna don't respond my call I don't have any other CONTACT. after struggle 1 month I received email from BESSY (one more cheater) send email saying that my membership details (I will attached picture of this please have a look).
To cut long story short:- till now they give me more than 6 refund deadlines every time they failed all the time. Till now one rupee also I did not get back. I will attach all there emails here please have a look.
1) 2022 December END- Failed to pay
2) January 15th (SUNDAY) failed to pay also next day no action.
3) February 12th(SUNDAY) failed to pay (no difference)
4) February 13th failed (no surprise)
5) February END Faild (again no surprise)
6) March 31st 2023 Faild (again no surprise telling the on money directly send money to account)
7) April 3rd 2023 Faild (They all expert to extends the dates)
8) MAY 30th 2023 - Again received one more email (HAHAHA I will wait for this day)
