On 04/03/2015, through your Agent Mr.ANAND, I had taken a new 4G connection of Wi-fi at my residence of above address. I paid him Rs.2500 for Router & Rs.650 for the 3 GB SIM Card No. [protected].
1. On 26/03/15 I observed that having consumed only 2.5 GB it was switched over to 2G/3G system of Mobile for consumption upto 3GB. Why? Why there was no clarification given by your Agent?
2. As per your Bill, on 04/04/15 I had paid online a monthly reantal of Rs.704.
3. About 4 days back I got SMS that 3 GB Mobile is also consumed. I am now getting a speed of only 140 Kbps. Why when I have paid monthly rental as early as 04/04/15.
This sort of thing did not happen with my previous two Service Provider. Why can't you make the system Customer Friendly? Why can't your system take care of monthly cycle for individual customer from DATE OF START?
I cannot accept your speed of 140 Kbps. If such thing continues, I have to leave and switch over from your to another Service Provider.
