Dr B R Ambedkar University Agra — degree and transcript pending from last 5 months

Dear Sir,
I have been B.Sc Forestry student of Agra University, I passed my B.SC Forestry in year 2004 vide enrollment number 0052561.
On 12th November, I applied for my original degree and transcript docs (application receipt attached). After that I travelled from my home, Jammu to Agra University three times to know the status but no-body is ready to provide the status.
My third visit was on dated 27th Mar, 2019, I had given an written complaint to Registrar Sir and I personally visited and contacted degree section on Mob Number - [protected] . After long follow-ups they had given me new contact number of Vikram Singh ([protected]) from Engineering department but he never answered my call. For Transcripts I contacted Mr C.N.Mishra on Mobile Number [protected] but he is not giving any positive response.

On 15th April, 2019, When I called Mr C.N.Mishra told me that it is a time taking process and I have to deposit Rs 5000 into his bank account if I have any kind o[censored]rgency.

I tried to contact Degree Section, Engineering Department and Registrar Sir but no-one is responding to me.

I tried every possible effort to get my degree and transcript but nothing worked-out.
