Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar University Agra — Degree Application pending from 2 years/paid fees twice

With utmost patience and respect I would like to say that the university does not care at all about ex students. Your online payment portal are superbly working and they take fees instantly for transcript, degree application.

I have paid twice to get my online degree and transcript once. The first fee payment application is pending from 2 years while other one does not even reflect in the system. Both the screenshots are attached. None of the university numbers work. No mail to VC or college is replied despite sending n number of reminders.

Would be great to at least hear from college from this complaint although i have very little hope
