2. I was a private student of Agra College, Agra and completed my Graduation in the year 2005. My Enrollment No. is 230670 and Roll No. is 142584 (BA Final Year 2005).
3. I have submitted the requisite form for issue of Degree certificate vide Challan No. 53421 (S[protected] dated 20 Nov 2010. I would like to inform your Honorable Office that I am not in receipt of the subject certificate till date.
4. In view of the above, it is requested that my Degree Certificate may please be issued and dispatched at the below mentioned address on priority.
