Dr Fixit — Product not good do not provide the service properly

I had taken their water proofing services but the service provided was not analysed properly and hence it was incomplete. So I filed a complaint asking them to analyse the water problem in my hotel shree shyam international and complete the work. But even after repeated follow-ups they did not complete the work. It has been more than 60 days and the complaint is still pending. I am fed up with these people who charge lakhs of rupees but do not provide the service properly staff not receving your call
