Dr Kamakshi Memorial Hospital — Wrong treatment and heavy charge

Appointment system sucks. Utter waste of booking an appointment over Internet. I booked an appointment and it showed 12:30 PM. But when I visited the hospital they said there are 10 more patients waiting before me. I had to wait for 2 more hours for my checkup.
Advice to the hospital management: If you are not able to keep up the timings better remove the appointment booking. Don’t make the patients wait in pain.

Admitted my mother in law at an emergency for heart attack, they asked to pay advance. I told I have an insurance they said we don't have the insurance team now better pay pay 1lakh as advance and said once insurance approved we will refund. When I asked after the approval they are saying we can see the balance amount at the time of discharge my insurance is approved cashless which ever is not covered I am paying the and there. They simply getting signs for hospital cleaning charges towards covid per day 7500 and saying it won't get covered by insurance. Their intension is very clear making use of the insurance money as well as the amount I paid as advance. I don't know how people are acting this cruel if I said I can pay less than a lakh immediate answer of the cashier is to take your patient to someother hospital. Already people whoever visit this hospital will have a very bad experience, life saving is not their priority don't bring people for emergency treatment they will loot you. I understand if people don't have money they should die no hospital will save you.
