Appointment system sucks. Utter waste of booking an appointment over Internet. I booked an appointment and it showed 12:30 PM. But when I visited the hospital they said there are 10 more patients waiting before me. I had to wait for 2 more hours for my checkup.
Advice to the hospital management: If you are not able to keep up the timings better remove the appointment booking. Don’t make the patients wait in pain.

Almost seven years back i had an accident and was admitted to the said hospital as it was the closest. Both the bones of my forearm had broken. A surgery was performed and implants (Plates) were screwed into place to hold the bones together. Now after these many years, i checked with another hospital on how things were as i never had felt proper strength after the surgery. To everybody's immense astonishment, the ulna still remains as two distinct pieces. The implant also doesn't look properly in place. Now i have to undergo another surgery requiring a new implant and bone graft. This has caused me so many problems in terms of personal and professional life. After undergoing the new surgery it is estimated that i may need three months or more to start with my regular activities.

Doctors are good. However have to wait at least 3 hours for scanning and another 3 hours to meet doctor. Every department u have to wait at least 3 hours. Ur total day will be ruined in the hospital. I don't know why appointment fixed to meet doctor when u wait 3 hours in waiting hall to meet doctor from appointment fixed time. Appointment fixed at 10.a.m but met the doctor at 2.p.m. wonderful management. Such a big hospital but why there is no proper management procedures followed?
This rating is for lack of separate room for consultation when no emergency care required .I had to take my kid to emergency room for normal consultation. There is no separate room for consultation after regular hours.Why send us to emergency? When not required.
I had a small stitches in my hands and had to consult the doctor, again they send me to ICU.
Why no separate consultation room?ICU is common for hospital employees but for us it is a nightmare. Consider our emotions also.

Fully money base and doctors, nurse very careless.. not great. my father admitted for brain related issues. Two days they didnt care and dont give any medicine. second day he got fix related issuesthen only they [censored]ed to icu nd started treatment
Feedback on Gynaecology department, Higly money minded administration, the pregnant ladies were not respected, Impatient and agony to answer questions, humiliation, some doctors addressed patients with racist comments.
Try avoiding this hospital for Gynaecology.
The Receptionist and pharmacist attitude leaves you with goose bumps.
Don't want to addaddr names of doctors since I am not sure whether it's their inherent attitude or administration pressure.

My mother in law was admitted at kamatchi hospital due to severe chest pain, As the hospital was near to her residence, she was admitted on 27th july . The Doctor (Dr Sita)analysed and concluded that there was a block in her heart valve which was identified in Angio treatment which caused pain. She also suggested even Stunt treatment will not remove the blockage as the block measures 3mm the size of the Stunt wire is 2.5 mm inspite of her...
