Dr Lal Path Lab — Covid Rt Pcr test report is not clear

Hi..I am shilpi, my mother gave throat and nasal sample from home for Covid RT PCR test on 10/11/2020.On 11/11/2020 this test report is shown INCONCLUSIVE result, it means recommend repeat sample.Firstly what kind of result is this and if the patient is suffering from other severe disease so how can I take my mom(patient) With this inappropriate result report to the Dr and tell him to start the treatment because without proper report result he is not ready to give her treatment.My mom not well from past 20days and because of this inappropriate result treatment is delayed. Secondly I am ready to give repeat sample but Dr Lal path lab people told me that you have to pay again 2400rs for this test, Test report result is not clear to you it is not our fault but it’s your responsibility to take again repeat sample without money.In this situation I am fed up with the response of Dr Lal path lab concern person because I trust blindly on this lab
I want justice.., I request you to take again Covid Rt PCR test sample from home as soon as possible.
