Yesterday we went to one of your lab at jail road delhi that girl who was at reception was so immature and untrained that she was unable to take blood sample and now blood is clotted and paining like hell. we want our money back and do not hire untrained staff

I have given sample on 12 Dec 2021 at 7:AM for beta HCG and as per website report for the same ll be updated same day and also the person who came for sample collection he assure report ll be updated till 3' o clock in evening.
But the whole day has been passed neither i get the report nor the any satisfactory answer while the website is still showing the estimated report time 2:22 PM.
When i had chat with agent they closed the chat without resolving the issue.
i got a calll back after writing 3-4 email to customer care and now they told me that processing authority was not in the lab so ll not able to give the report today.
This is totally mentally harashment of customer, i had the appointment with my doctor which i had to cancle npw who ll bear the ammount.
Very very mentally harashment of customer from Lal path side for which they have to pay the compensation.

My name is Kamal Gangwar and i had given sample at 07:00 Am on 12 dec 2021.
I asked the report time from the person who came for sample collection and he assured that around 3' o clock you ll get your report and also on website the ETR time was showing 2:22 PM.

But still i am not getting my report though i had num of follow up with chat agent and also i wrote an email to customer service but still not got any response.When i had chat with the agent Mr Karan and Mr. Nilesh kumar to confirm the same, they closed the chat without resolve my issue.

Please look into the matter and do the needful asap.

I constrained to write this email to you since last 15 days. I am facing a horrifying experience at the hands of your customer service team. of Dr lal Path Lab. My issues are not coming to end and neither your team is capable for satisfactory handling it

My issues are as follows :

1. I have been given wrong LH hormone reports where ref table mentioned at the report says less then 2.4 is normal range. This means if my LH value is Nill, the report is OK. !!!
where as 2 years back same test shows requirement for LH value ref range as 0.8 to 2.4...and my results were 0.07 . which resulted in start of treatment . I. have been writing emails but no answer about how come same test has different ref range within 2 years !!!

2. I got my son blood tested for Karyotype chromosone on 15th March and i was told the report will be out by 30th March. I gave a prescription etc the same day on 15th to a technician. Lab report number :[protected].
Today I received message that due to some technical reasons report is delayed to 12th April. When contacted with customer care, they say Technical reasons...what tech reasons, no one is answering ...

This is really frustrating and not expected from a Lab like your repute. No one is clearly answering and I am made to run from pillar to post. I doubt that my samples have been compromised and the results would be fudged randomly ...

Hi..I am shilpi, my mother gave throat and nasal sample from home for Covid RT PCR test on 10/11/2020.On 11/11/2020 this test report is shown INCONCLUSIVE result, it means recommend repeat sample.Firstly what kind of result is this and if the patient is suffering from other severe disease so how can I take my mom(patient) With this inappropriate result report to the Dr and tell him to start the treatment because without proper report result...

Hi we booked covid test for 7200/- for three o[censored]s. We got report on 9 nov 2020. In which there two reports were not clear. Drpathlab said they will come for test on 10 nov. But despite calling them from last two days they are not coming for our covid test. Everytime they say we are running shortage of agents. Howcome it is possible. It means they are completely ignoring after taking full money. Being a mother of two year old daughter im much worried for my test. Which is yet to be done. It is complete negligence of their duty. Im suffering mentally its not a joke.

I am writing this to inform you about the cheat & mismanagement happened with me 2 months back when I booked home collection through Lal Path Lab.

On June 4th 2020 blood home collection was done ( Lab ID :[protected] & it was promised to deliver reports on June 17th 2020 but I never received the reports. I called multiple times at customer care & each time I got false promise of getting call back related to same but it never...

Dr lal path lab is not providing my report.. they have taken their charges on[protected] and estimated date of report was[protected] but till now they have not given my reports and whenever i ask their employees say there is technical error and we are not aware when we u get ur report and if i ask them further they say jo krna h kr lo report tuhadi fassi h sannu ki mtlb... i have been continously following up with them but they dnt bother i request for ur intervention...they are not only playing with lyf of people but also harass them mentally...

Having the misconception that Dr lal path lab is best lab chain ...I did the mistake of giving my blood sample here...they say that they provide the report same day ...in my case they dint provide the report even till the next day evening ...and after calling there customer care number ...it was constantly saying it report is not ready and will be ready by 4 pm on 8 th SEP 2019...even after calling at 5 pm it was repeating the same line...on the other hand one of my known got the same blood test report within half an hour on same day from another local lab

Representatives are very arrogant . Two Three representatives are there they say you go and that one say you go One say I will not come and one is I will also not come . One representator will recruit in some days then he will go .They saying this private job somebody daily leave this job . Path lab name this worker are doing down.One representatives say come the patient in path lab patient was parlysied .So that’s why is requirement for home sample collection .please take a action towards this worker.

I went to Dr lal path lab sec 50, Noida centre on Jun 11 fot thyroid profiling.

I am on medication since three years and taking 50 mg of Thyroxin. Though my TSH is under control because of medicine and i faced no any health issues but it is suggested by doctor to keep testing thyroid profiling (at least TSH test) on a duration of 3-4 months henec I went for check up.

IN the evening of Jun 11th, my online report was out and TSH had increased to 20.0 which was not acceptable to me at all. Normal range is .05 -5.
As i was suffering from no issue hence was not believable that TSH has increased this much. Same day I reported to Dr Lal that my report is incorrect.
Next day their lab guy called me stating that report is correct. I told him that will go for cross verification hence by my multiple attempts they said that another test will be done. They called me next day that my sample got testes again and TSH is 20 only.

By this time i had already gone through another blood test at Kailash halthcare and TSH was showing as 11. When i told dr lal guy that TSH in 11 in other pathology's report then he insisted for the report to recheck sample.
I shared report with him.
It is been 9 days now but i heard back no solid answer for them. They call and tell me that my report is correct.

I asked them to write the same over email but they are trying to just ignore it. Not writing on the email but not doing anything either.
I want to cancel their licence.

Just making fool of customer.

This is regarding dr lal path lab ashok vihar, the doc here dr divya goel is extremely unprofessional and impolite. The exec did not ask for dr prescription before making the bill, but when i went to meet the doc divya, she was extremely rude alongwith her assistant, she humiliated me and impolitely asked for prescription and started talking to each other "ye wahi mam hai" she wrongly mistook me and started harassing me giving me the bill and saying to take refund, i will request for a serious action against the center, they are already charging way more than the other diagnostic chains and behaving inappropriately with patients, i would like to recomend a serious action against dr divya goel her assistant and this set up.

The person who cam he was not able to take the blood out... Firstly he inserted the needle in one hand and no blood came. Then he changed the direction of the needle and removed it.. After that he inserted the needle in other hand. Thr blood didn’t came out after changing the direction it came out and now it turned to green and a big bruise is seen... And it’s paining... Very much disappointed by your service... Atleast appoint the professional

I had booked a blood sample collection by lalpath lab on 21st july morning 9.30 am. The tests were cbc malaria and dengu and i was supposed to get reports same day by 7pm. Firstly the person came at 11.15 for sample collection then after calli g for 10 times i got malaria report by 9 pm on 21st and i was yold that there is some technicsl issue and i will get my 2 reports in morning. Then again i waited but dnt receive and reports. After i called customer care they tell me that due to some error they have not tested for dengu and i will have to wait till evening. Its almost 7.20 pm on 22nd july now. Still no reports have been issued. They cheat their patients. My son is suffering with high fever since 3 days and these people have not yet issued the reports. How disgusting. They have made it a pure business. Please dont trust lalpath anymore or it may cost us health of our family member

Hi, my 5 year daughter is suffering from bcali from last one month . I give same
urine sample at same time to two different labs for culture test as per my doctor suggestion . one lab report is showing that the Bcali is still existing .But
Lal path lab report is showing that there is nothing and there is no any problem.
.I called to there customer care, they are saying that may be your doctor treatment is wrong or may be your other lab report is wrong. i did four culture test regarding this (including path lab) .rest 3 are showing the existing problem and only lal report is showing that there is nothing .
I asked them to give me proper bill also but they refused to give me .they provide me one local fake slip where nothing is written .
please suggest me what i have to do ..

One of Dr lal path lab center which located in Thada, opposite Trehan, Hill view garden, Bhiwadi alwar ( Rajasthan) 301019, has very low facility, in this center has no facility of washroom & no facility of wating area, hardly 2 person are stand in the center, i visit with my wife on 9 sep. for urine and other test but there are no facility for urine sample, and no facility for wating, i requested the authority that plz do changes in this center and provide the service.

I had to get some blood tests and urine tests done for my mother, Mrs XChandra Prabha Shukla aged over 80. At her age many health services offer a discount, so before deciding we called up Dr Lal Path Lab at customer care and they confirmed 10% discount for senior citizens

They gave the number of the nearest branch, which came and collected some samples on 28/3/2013 from our home (at a extra charge of Rs 100, which we agreed), and collected payment through bill number 994100 of Rs 1780.

One more samples which had to be taken across 24 hours were delivered two days later to their lab on 30/3/2013 to their outlet Dr Lal Path Lab, Park Vicew City 2, Sohna Road , Gurgaon, and paid Rs 210 vide bill number 894788

When I have the third sample today 04/04/2013 to them, and paid vide invoice number 010523 I had checked the amount in the rate card, and was charged full amount Rs 460 - the 10% discount was not deducted.

WHen I asked the counter salesman why the discount has not been given , he said this is the policy of the company. They do offer 10% discount on telephone at customer care. They also do direct you to the nearest location to do the pickup, but discount is only given in the bill at two locations which are company owned. If the nearest location is a franchisee outlet then the discount amount is refused. He said that this causes lot of customers to shout at him, he is helpless, and asked me to call up cusotmer care if I did not believe him

On calling customer care, I was told that the discount is announced , but it is only given for samples delivered at location of Sector 14 Gurgaon in this disctrict. When I said this is unethical as there are 22 locations in Gurgaon, and if you give discount at 1 location and not at 21 locations then you should only annouce it when the person is specifically asking for that location, she said that is normal. She informed me that "Gurgaon is nothing, in Delhi we have 151 locations, and give discount in 1 location only (Connaught Place) so what is so difficult about Gurgaon "


This is a clear case of deceptive communication, falsely promising discount to customer of 10% for senior citizens and then not providing it 21 out of 22 locations in Gurgoan.
