I am writing this to inform you about the cheat & mismanagement happened with me 2 months back when I booked home collection through Lal Path Lab.
On June 4th 2020 blood home collection was done ( Lab ID :[protected] & it was promised to deliver reports on June 17th 2020 but I never received the reports. I called multiple times at customer care & each time I got false promise of getting call back related to same but it never happened. I also raised complaint (#CMP[protected] but they close the same without taking any action.
Finally when I asked for my refund they said it can be done from Shalimar Bagh center but they will give call back to confirm but that too I am still waiting.
