Dr. Lal Pathlabs, Booth 31, Sector 47c Chandigarh — RT-PCR test report not given in time, repeatedly giving wrong information, and extra charge

I went for RT-PCR test on 30 March at 8.30 am and sample was taken around 9 am. Reason was travel to Bangalore. I was charged Rs 1200 which is higher than the standard 900. I was not given any receipt. I paid using google Pay to the account of someone named Vandana Pandey. I was promised that I will get the report via whatsapp definitely by the same evening. No report came by the night. Nor did it come in the morning. I was forced to cancel my flight. Every time I called I was told a new timing by which the report would be sent. It is now 16:48 and I am still waiting for the report.

The 3 persons manning the booth were/are rude and do not give clear and reliable answer. The booth was exceptionally dirty.
