Dr Sanjeev Kumar — regarding fake promises and harassment by maruti suzuki dealer and regional office

Myself dr. Sanjeev kumar. I have booked a maruti swift dzire met. Magnum grey vdi model from stan autos mohali dated 22/05/17 with sob no. Sob17000366. At the time of booking the salesman mr. Kailash sharma verbally committed that although the waiting period is 6-8 weeks but he will deliver the car within 15-20 days. I asked him for car loan of amount 4 lacs he gave me the reference of the person dealing in car loans and asked me to process the loan as soon as possible. So i did. Loan was sanctioned on 25/05/17. I called him up about this. He said ok the car will be available within 10-15 days. When i contacted him after 15 days he started giving excuses and gave the phone to mr. Jatinder sharma, i think sales manager. He assured me that the car will be delivered within the written committed waiting period which is 25/7/17. So i talked with mr. Sidhu who is i think gm of stan autos pvt ltd. His words were also same. Then on 18/7/17 i went to the maruti regional office situated in sector 8 chandigarh where i met with mr. Rahul who is holding the position of tsm in that office. He assured me to do best possible but i was shocked when i got mail dated 20/7/17 from stan autos mohali stating that the tentative waiting period has been increased by few weeks. I registered the complaint on customer care number on 20/7/17 the complaint number is[protected] and at the same time i sent the mail at [protected]@maruti.co.in, earlier also i contacted them many times at this mail id about fake promises made by stan autos mohali but i didn't get any reply. Now i'm sending u the copied text of the mail that i received from stan autos mohali on 20/7/17.
Sir this is not fair dealing. Such dealer are ruining the reputation of such an esteemed organisation. They should be punished adequately so that in future they can't even dream to harass customers. I know that your time is very precious and you might not have much time but my humble request is to take the matter on priority basis. My mobile number is [protected].
