Dear sir, I am a senior citizen (67) and one of fitly senior neurologist of india, investing in dsp mutual fund tax saver scheme and required to upgrade/ making a new kyc certificate from karvy. i did report to karvy office in sector 17, chandigarh and i was dealt by mr sujjan bagga. His behavior was rude, non-courteous and he refused to accept my original adahr card and after making lame excuses and holding me for more than half hour accepted my application. This is not done; where are we, all at the cost of my waiting patient. we need to be soft, helping and do the right things at least. please look into it and take due action, so that such incidence are not repeated.
