My Dr Trust BP machine, which I bought two years ago, malfunctioned a few days ago. I discovered that they only have a service center in Chandigarh; there is not a customer center in Delhi NCR. They also do not offer pickup service, so I had to courier the equipment to Chandigarh. The repair was finished on January 12; however, I have not received the product as of yet. Order tracking indicates that the order is packed; the status has remained the same for the last three to four days. When we select to speak with a customer care executive, the call is disconnected. I tried connecting multiple times, but each time the call ended. The customer service is appalling. Was this information helpful? |
