My Dr Trust BP machine, which I bought two years ago, malfunctioned a few days ago. I discovered that they only have a service center in Chandigarh; there is not a customer center in Delhi NCR. They also do not offer pickup service, so I had to courier the equipment to Chandigarh. The repair was finished on January 12; however, I have not received the product as of yet. Its a scam company they are tied up with cheapest delivery executive and sents defective items. the delivery partner wanted wont deliver your item for 10 days and makes it feel damaged for which you cannot refund and get the refund .

Customer service will tel you to wait for 30 days to receive the order

No cancellation no refund no return no action on complaints

Dear Sir

I had ordered online Dr Trust USA ankle binder 332 (Order No. #154940 on 21.07.2022). Invoice no Drtrustin209019 dt 21.07.2022. The item received is too small in size and doesn't fit on my foot. (Photo attached). On the box is written one size fits all. I followed all instructions as per the demo but the size is too small and as such a manufacturing defect. Your email dt 21 Jul 2022, 11:37 am on order confirmation refers.

I such I wish to return the product as it is of no use to me. I contacted your customer care who asked me to initiate a mail.

Kindly refund Rs 399/= at the earliest.

I have purchased two Dr trust items, one body massager from Flipkart and one foot spa from Dr trust site, and submit all the details for the warranty registration, they are not helping nd asking product image. I have provided them bill copy as well. This is not a trust worthy deal at all. Don't buy any product from Dr trust nd Dr physio

They never give protection to your money and the product you purchased.
I lost my 1500 rupees because I trusted this brand.
I bought a thermometer, which they claim that it is forehead, ear thermometer.Because of covid, just for safer side I bought one digital thermometer at home.We didn't have to use it initially.But later I came to know that the cap sensor is missing so it is not working.I contacted the customer care(so called..but they don't care).They asked me to send the details to one whatsapp number.I did so.But after many days, because of my multiple follow up they replied like 'It can't be repaired because it is bought before 6 months. ' Though it is their mistake to send a damaged product to customer, I agreed to pay if they can repair my product.But they straight away told me they can't repair it, they just import(don't know why they import damaged product) the full products from US, cant repair any parts.
So in short, just throw my 1500 rupees in dust bin.They can't repair, they can't replace..I have to bear the loss..
So requesting..don't do the mistake I did.I also read many bad reviews about Dr Trust, but didn't take it serious..Now I repent for the decision I made.
If it was amazon/flipkart purchase (from different brand) the customer support would have given a solution for me..My MISTAKE!

I bought Dr Trust Smart weighing scale 505 from flipkart paying Rs. 1500.
The accuracy of the product is very low. Experienced 500 gm to 1 Kg variations across the measurement of weight. Crossed checked an analogue machine and found that Dr Trust machines are not trustable at all. Other parameters should also be wrong, but there's no way to confirm.

Contacted the customer care through phone, email...

I purchased an oxymeter (Order No - 38666) on 11th Oct and it was showing delivery on 17th Oct and they were not able to deliver it on time. I paid the amount online 1999. First they say that they will not able to cancel the order as it was already dispatched. When I started arguing then they change their policy and say that if you cancel your order then you have to pay courier charges of Rs372 .When I ask for the reason of the charges they have no answer. When also I ask them what would happen if it would Cash on Delivery order will you charge the courier charge and who will pay the courier charge, they have no answer. So my advice please do not purchase any product directly from Dr Trust. If you want to purchase then purchase it from Amazon or Flipkart. At least they will not charge you courier charges :).
I thought a catch line also for the Company.
