The Company, Dr. Wellness Lab, Ahmedabad, appointed my firm, M/s. Novelty Marketing, Nagpur, as a consignee Sales Agent, with a deposit of Rs.1, 50, 000/- remitted by me towards award of this agency in Nagpur, for the products marketed by them. It so happened that the product dispatched by the Company was spurious, sub-standard and of inferior quality, fully repulsed and rejected by the market / clients / buyers resulting to dispatch of rejected goods/ products to the company, wellness at their Ahmedabad Depot. The authority of Mr. Avinash Mala, Director,[protected] has no courtesy to reply in a discreet way giving us assurance of replacement of the product or refund of Rs.1.5 lakhs remitted to them in form of our deposit.

Whenever we telephoned them, depending on his mood, he picks up the call, using fowl languages and even using words of threat and intimidation, giving us the challenge to do anything to them, for which he is not feared or concerned about the laws of the land and punishment meeted out by the Police. Mr. Avinash Mala has refused now to refund my amount of Rs.1.5 lakhs and not bothered by any consumer forum or any enforcement authority imposing pressure on him for his breach of commercial practices and duping/ swindling and taking clients like me into ransom and losses.

This Company and its management as one like Mr. Avinash Mala explicitly displays the fraudulent practices by cheating gullible people of business community like me where this errant Company may have swindled crores of rupees from distributors/sales agents/ buyers. Law has to bring him into clutches of condign punishment where such black sheep of the society undergo confinement in jail. My fervent appeal to the highest authority in particular, Chief Minister of Gujrat, Commissioner of Police, Ahmedabad, and the management of consumer forum in initiating draconian action against Mr. Avinash Mala and other associates of Dr. Wellness Lab, so that further aftermath of losses are not caused to the commercial community by this Company, Dr. Wellness Lab.
