They charges for parking but they said car parking is free, I was asking why 3 lakhs nit mentioned any categery of charge. They said its for parking. I have trued to upload supporting document, looks not allowing to upload docs. As per RERA rule no psrking should apply, why DRA charging parking charges?. Was this information helpful? This is to inform all that my issue stands resolved after having a face-to-face discussion. I have been clarified that the car parking is not an additional charge collected but the same comes along with the unit. The calculation clarification was obtained from the DRA team after having a direct discussion.
Hence my issue stands closed and happy to continuo with my booked unit with DRA Homes.
