PLC was charged for the apartment where only one unit was available...

I personally have very bad experience with dra. I home in dra trulive navalur they agreed cost price as 34.50 lakhs on July 2021 they told me this ongoing property will be completed my march 2023 but now they are saying it will be completed by September 2023 6 months delay.during sale call they agreed they will pay emi in case of delay after march but now they are disagreeing to do it and are saying in construction agreement they have mentioned grace period of 6 months from march but this is not what they agreed to me on sale call. The construction agreement is 40 pages it is my bad I did not read all the pages of construction agreement but i am gutted that they put different thing in construction agreement than what they agreed to me on call. Their sale agents are as fake as any other builder who inflate things in their favour and are not honest so please read all the documents carefully before signing and better not to go with Dra as they don't have honesty or integrity in my opinion. My total loss because of delay Rs. 105000 and better not go with them as they are not timely builders also. So please call me in phone -[protected] - vikram before going with Dra and also to know how sales agent kind of tricks you by inflating things

Ours is a system driven company with set processes and and strict adherence with contract to ensure all customers are treated without any prejudice.

We deal with all our customers professionally and courteously because we value each of them. This is possible only because our processes are uniform for all customers.

However sometimes...

They charges for parking but they said car parking is free, I was asking why 3 lakhs nit mentioned any categery of charge. They said its for parking. I have trued to upload supporting document, looks not allowing to upload docs.

As per RERA rule no psrking should apply, why DRA charging parking charges?.

I have booked flat in DRA delite, from day 1 I was askkng DRA team that 3 lakhs additional charge was not explained, sales team saif its for car parking but the same team said no charge for car parking. I am tired of explaining issues and facing additional problems with DRA.

Its became like pay money to get problems instead of dream home I am gettjng bad dreams with problems I am facing with DRA.

Booking amount refund was delayed by more than 1.5 years and still awaiting. Customer service is very pathetic and they just chew away all your money. Delayed response and false promises. Never the deadline for project is met and they keep changing the apartment specifications after the start of the project which is worse than anything. Dont ever even think of booking or buying an apartment with DRA Homes or DRA group...
