Drainage Overflow — No drainage system available

Dear Concern,

I am from Haroon colony, salala barkas, Hyderabad. In my area there is no drainage system available. Since a year all drainage water overflowing and no one is taking action against it.our society head also neglecting this issue.
Please help us this issue...
