Please address the problem, drainage system is overflowing near my house.Prem nagar colony lane behind community hall, Risala azar

This is regarding the drainage overflow in Bellandur, Kariyammana Agrahara area.2 months back, Bangalore faced severe floods and Bellandur area was most affected with drainage and sewage overflow issue. I am one of the owners of Sterling Ascentia in Tower 3 which is under construction. Entrance for this tower would be the back side of Bellandur ORR ( Kariyammana Agrahara road ) which needs to be improved a lot in terms of Nala running over there. During heavy rains, water from Nala is overflown to the roads and there is severe inundation issues. Due to the stagnant water, there are lots of other problems regarding commutation, mosquitoes etc. I would request you to take some swift action in raising a wall around the Nala like how its done for the same Nala in the opposite side. Only one side of the Nala is having proper walls around it and the other side looks severely damaged with lots of plastic waste. Also there is one more Nala near to "Goyal and co" Apartments which also has overflow problems because of the too much of wastes getting accumulated in Nala. I want this to be corrected before the next rains and I know there was already talks in the improvement of Bellandur area but I could not see any kind of improvement from the BBMP or Government side for this issue. I kindly request you to take some action in building higher walls around both the Nala's so that it can prevent overflowing of water. Hoping to see a change soon in that area so that people can be safe in the Kariyammana Agrahara road. I would also request you to contact me via email for any further queries. Greeting of the day, I am Ravinder resident of jiyaguda (Shiv shakthi nagar, opposite KGN hotel lane). Since last week, Our society has been getting a very bad quality of municipal water. In our lane, I feel that the drainage water is getting mixed with municipal water. I request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest. A private contractor has been assigned the task of building an effective drainage system in our lane which draws sewage and waste from 4 lanes combined. The aforementioned person did not do his task in time at all, and has instead blocked the passage of wastes and sewage leading to sewage water logging in the houses of people of our locality. Our grievances and pain are inexpressible. The rooms of our houses are filled with filthy sewage water that has entered our house because there is no other way out for these wastes to drain into. We are blocked in our houses surrounded by wastes and filth and sewage water all around from 15 days now, and it's getting unbearable. Even after pleading
again and again to the contractor to do the needful and unblock the passage of sewage water, no action has been taken at all, and I don't see any chance of them working towards this end ever. The incompetent MLA who happens to be the "boss" of the contractor and who has assigned the work to the contractor, denies to hear our grievances, let alone address them. He completely denies the allegations on his sycophant contractor.

There is no proper drainage system in front of my house. The drain is full of garbage because of no garbage facility. The residents throw the garbage on the drain. The drain is not constructed, only rugged, not cemented, Nothing!. During rain, it gets overflowed. All the water comes to the road and Inside the residents houses. The water is full of dirt and trash

Sir/Madam, I've an issue reported to Sewage AEE about clearance of blockage happened in our premises.
I've been continuously complaining over phone cal at consumer service centre n till nw they are approaching bit late n making temporary arrangement to clear the sewage blockage
From Jan 30th 2021 I'm keep on updating this issue to AEE on what's app with photos n videos, but till nw no proper solution for it.

My mother is aged n gone to leg surgery on 09/03/2021. Because of drainage, she can't even step out of home.

This is srividhya, i’m residing in anna nagar west, sunflat apartment, nvn nagar (Begins jj complex).
We are facing trouble in drainage overflow for the past 6 months, we are doing our side work temporarily and adjusting for these days. My parents are aged persons and they have some health conditions too, it is very difficult for us to use toilet and bathroom as we are in ground floor.

Behind our apartment, tamil nadu slum clearance board building work is going, it may take 1 year approximately to finish it, people are saying that our problem will sort out only if this construction gets over.

We are facing sewage overflow problems. Whenever we are complaining about the issue concerned people will solve it for 3-4 days and again it becomes the same that too after complaining eveytime for 10-20 times. Living has become like hell. Its too dirty here and looks whole dirty canal is flowing over here. This has also given rise to mosquitos abruptly which has introduced sevel diseases to the society. Whenever we are complaining nobody is listening to us, we are just totally ignored. Can anyone please look into the matter.

Hi sir, past 4years we are facing severe mosquitoes problem in manumasiddi nagar, Near to theertha children school, back side of school overflow of sewage 💦 and drianage water are stagnant and causing more mosquitoes and health problems. Please help us to avoid this problem and make clean the place on a regular basis. The empty plots are full of sewage water and mosquitoes. The school children also suffering lot due to this issue. Many times we told to municipal officers but no action taken place. Please consider this as high priority and resolve this issue ASAP.

Sir, in our locality (Pahadi hanuman temple, tukaram gate, behind rail nilayam, secunderabad) we are facing drainage overflow problem. This is a recurring problem, too many times we complained but still no progress. The drainage water is overflowing through entire road.

* since 10 days we are giving complaint but still no body has visited the site and still the problem is continuing.
The bad smell is increasing day by day it is unbearable and due to which we are facing serious health problems.

I venkat reddy, submit that, since a week drainage is continuously over flowing on the road at gayathri homes near jillelaguda. Due to which it is very difficult for the residents to stay in home and walk on the roads. Several times complained to the jillelaguda gram panchayat authorities but the problem still persists.

Hence humbly request you to take needful action so as to solve the problem at the earliest please.

The drainage is overflowing in h.no. 174/d, ayyappa society, madhuranagar, hyderabad-500038 since last 2 days.
This overflowing is there every fortnight. The drainage manholes are on both sides of the road but the ghmc people clean only one side and even after request they dont clean the other side. As new flats and a marwadi trust has taken property and organizing functions every fortnight the problems started. Also the drainage from the Renukaamma temple line is connected to this two manholes from the narrow lane of garden and hence frequent clogging of drainage. can any body look into this and get the problem solved by clearing the clogging of manholes of both drainage's whenever it is cleaned.. Can anybody look into this problem and get the problem solved as soon as possible

Sir, We are resident of 2-4-124/149, Anand Nagar under Swaroop nagar, Uppal. The Drainage sump near our house is overflowing since one month with the drainage water emitting foul smell and causing mosquito menance. The neighbourhood is always under the treat of dangerous diseases. This drainage overflow is occuring very frequently once in 3 months and more so during rainy season. Sir, laying of road has also been taken up in the colony. Part of road to our house is not yet laid. Thus the drainage water when overflows fill the area in front our house and neighbourhood creating lots of inconvenience to us. We have brought this to the notice of the concerned authorities several times. They have inspected the site and assured us that the matter will be taken up immediately. So far nothing has happened. Therefore we request you to look into the matter and depute some official to supervise the issue, as drainage problem is endangering the lives of the neighbourhood.
