[Resolved]  Dream Homes Property Developers — Not refunding the advance

We have paid advance for 600 sqft plot to them at Varanavasi on 25/5/14. I payed Rs. 10, 000 as advance. They promised us refund if we tell them about the status within 2 weeks. But now they are not even responding to phone calls or emails. They do not even have a landline number to communicate. I want the money that I paid. Many people are complaining about this company. Can I get the money that I pad as advance? They are treating us like animals after getting my money. Please help!
