This is to inform that i, asha was working as an "customer relationship executive" in dream it services from october, 2016 to october, 2019. I would like to share my bad experience at the last moment of my job. I had been working since last consecutive 3 years with dream it services. I had put my heart and soul while working in this office. I had been the highest performer since i joined the job. I had helped the owner of the company miss saumya professionally and even personally many times.

As a sales executive, i made new several clients for the company which miss saumya is still using by using my official email id ([protected]@gmail.com) and phone number ([protected]).

Many of my clients had complained about it while i was in the job. When i used to talk to her about this, she used to tell me that, let it go. We have received the money already, the clients can't do anything now as we have received the money in advance.

She is doing fraud with the employees. She didn't paid my salary for the month of october, 2019 yet. As per the conversation with her, she told me to pay my whole month salary of october, 2019 after looking all the dues. She promised to pay my whole salary by 11th of november, 2019. But it has been more than 3 months, i didn't got a single penny in my account except the small amount of office expenses which also i had paid earlier from my salary.

She used to never provide me money for office expenses, i used to pay it from my salary. And even i used to pay her personal rd (Recurring deposits) from my salary which i used to get one or two months later. I had helped her in any of the way possible, but this is what the result i am getting from her.

I have been waiting for so long for the income i earned while doing the job, but she didn't paid my salary. And now when i'm asking for it, she is offering me a deal.

The deal is that, "she is going to give me my experience letter only when i'll sign the papers that i have received all the dues from dream it services, which i haven't received yet."

This is what i have got while working for 3 years, so sincerely. I had never expected this kind of thing would ever happen to me as i have helped her professionally and even personally. I used to do her personal work also while i was working with her because of the great bond i used to have with her. But now i regret even a single thing i had done for her.

And this is not the first time she is doing this, she had also done this with few of my ex - co-workers namely, kavita dhiman and babita.

I have never thought of complaining against dream it services but i don't want that this kind of fraud will happen to anyone, since we all put our heart and soul just to earn salary.

Company had taken all data and commit that they will pay us soon bt till date i have not received any payment of our work.

I want to inform all the jober not to do any work for dream i. T services.
