I have ordered one jewelry with order no M[protected].but i received wrong product.i aent a mail for rwturn request.but they said i have to courier them and they r not responsible for courier charges.its their mistake.why ahoud i bear the loss.its their fault so they should pickup the product r they has bear the charges.i just want my right ordered product.i want justice.i send so many mails.but they r not responding.pls help me in this.4350/-i paid for the product.including handling charges.

Totally disappointed with dreamjwell. The customer service is very bad. No proper status update of the order or delivery.

Never deliver an order on time. Never attend the phone calls.

My first order via craftvilla & second order directly on their website but both got same results.

Never gonna order dreamjwell.

Very bad service. No response yet so I don't know if I will get my product at all. The girl says what's app but she has been ignoring my comments. No response when I call the phone doesn''t even get connected. If I don't get my product I'm going to request for refund.

Very poor customer service, they are not wiling to take courier charges to return the product for damaged products, also no exchange provisioned for damaged or cloths with stains.. personally I don’t recommend this provider.. better buy from reputed online websites..
