My product still not yet received it is dispatched for another person my order of DJ[protected]

I have ordered one jewelry with order no M[protected].but i received wrong product.i aent a mail for rwturn request.but they said i have to courier them and they r not responsible for courier charges.its their mistake.why ahoud i bear the loss.its their fault so they should pickup the product r they has bear the charges.i just want my right ordered product.i want justice.i send so many mails.but they r not responding.pls help me in this.4350/-i...
