Dreamline India Customer Care's response Complaint from Hitesh Khatri - is invalid as there is no persons details we can find in our back records or any evidence of this person or details provided here. So, we are considering this as a fake complaint or posted by one of our competitor.
Most complaints about Dreamline India are written by the above type of customers only who are not even our registered clients neither they have taken any type of services.
We would like to reiterate our side of the story in brief this is not refute any allegations made but with an intention to show both side of the coin so that you can take an informed decision. Dreamline India is India's fastest growing immigration consultancy services - it has assisted thousands of clients successfully to complete the complex process of migration. However there have been a few cases where the outcome was not as expected the reasons for the negative outcome range from inability to score requisite bands in IELTS, inability to prove the job responsibilities as mentioned in the application or for simple reasons of change in rule of the country being applied for. These are a few of the reasons for the grievances shared, we would like to add that we sign a legal agreement with the customer before taking him/her on. The terms of the agreement are very clear and mentioned in black and white. The process of visa application is complex and there are customers whose applications do not come through after the process. They too expect a full refund and this is not accepted by Dreamline India. We do accept and process refunds as per the clauses of the agreement and we try to provide all such cases with an amicable solution. However, if refused a refund a refund and the customer goes online to malign the image of the organisation.
As shared some of our competitors unable to match the services or the expertise of the team of Dreamline India think of going the weasel way and use social media to tarnish the reputation that we have so painstakingly built over the years.
We would also like to inform that we follow a very transparent and stringent process before a client can sign an agreement to partake the services of Dreamline India - every client's profile is thoroughly evaluated by the Assessment team of Dreamline India which consists of experience Case officers, Immigration Attorneys and Job experts - the idea being to ensure that the profile is suitable for the country being applied to and to also give other options if the client is found not suitable. Only on receipt of a positive evaluation report a client is asked to sign a legal contract with Dreamline India which is a mandate as the Preliminary Assessment.
As an organisation which has been steadily growing since its inception we understand the importance of our customer's experience and we work hard and most of the times outside the purview of the agreement to ensure customer satisfaction.
