[Resolved]  Dreamline India — Fraud Company ,Fake promises - Should be shut down

Hi All

Dreamline India is a fraud company and i'm the biggest fool in this world who dealt with them even after reading all their customer complaints, just because they said that they are MCA Registered company.

They have taken Rs 60, 000 from me for job seeker visa for Germany and the time committed by them was 3-4 moths for the full process .ALL FAKE..
These people are nice and proactive in their work till the time you have not paid them, the moment you pay them they stop paying heed to your mails and calls .Now when they are not able to do my work so i asked them for full refund which they are denying it.

Problem is from their end that they were not able to arrange job interviews for me and when i asked them to file my visa then they say that i have to do the tentative booking myself and an amount of rs - 20,[protected]is to be given at embassy and when i told them that if i have to do the tentative booking then what are they charging me for ??if i have to do everything and secondly no proper info..is given by them that in what mode money is to be paid.. not from my end.
And i have mails in which i have clearly asked them about the problem which they are facing in dealing with my visa but no reply..They have a staff who has ZERO KNOWLEDGE about visa processing, Employees do not have confidence ..even the higher managers are not updated with the visa process and NO ONE IN THIS COMPANY CARES ABOUT YOU .Its just that they have an eye on your money .Highly unprofessional Staff.

Even the owner of this Company Mr Harish is least concerned about all this as he is making money by cheating innocent people.As i have written a mail to him too but there is no revert.

They ask you to submit various documents and after you submit the documents they take 45 days time for third party verification, and if you ask for any proff which shows that this verification has been done then they don't have any answere, they can't even commit this that if they are taking customers 45 days for verification then nothing wrong will go with the physical verification which the embassy does, i mean then why should the customer waste his double time and money..

They have lack o[censored]nderstanding..incomplete and inaccurate information..
I dealt with them just thinking that everyone should get a second change but they have proved me wrong .The complaints on google against them are very true..I'm not mentioning any employees name here because the owner is responsible and should come upfront with solution.

I have checked their FB Gape too and when i wrote something there then they blocked me ..this show that they are guilty..

I'm sending the screen shot of the mail in which it is mentioned by dream line that the total time for the process will b 3-4 months, and it's already 4 months-this shows that ofcourse it's delay from your side .

I have mails from your company employees in which there is a difference of statement by each one of them -this show that your team is not having proper information.So please take it as a feedback.

And I have asked for full refund.

Do let me know for how much refund you have forwarded my application, as again my repeating the same thing that I WANT FULL REFUND.

Dear Swati

Please find below the screen shot of the mail which was sent to me by one of your employees .I have maked an arrow to highlight the point which says that

- Job Assistance, Resume re-writing and Marketing & Assigning the case manager- Rs. 22, 000/- (These are r charges that your company is taking against 4 services which you were supposed to provide me and as you are already informed that out of these 4 service only one service was given to me and that was a case manager, so that means that for each of the above service you were charging me Rs- 5500..( 5500*4=22, 000/).And now if we deduct rs 5500 for your case manager services than i'm left with an amount of rs -16500 (which is refundable )and as you guys did not process my Visa so Rs =16500 is also refundable which makes it to -33000.

It is also mentioned in the mail that if in the worst case i do not clear any of the interviews than the company will refund 50% of the amount to me .So swati please see that i'm already eligible for 50% refund..and rest you know that embassy fee is also refundable..the amount that i have mentioned in the above para is still less amount that i'm asking you guys again and again

So this is my actual refund of Rs - 33000, Which i request you to please process as soon as possible.

But till date on revert..and when i told them that either you refund my full amount or you do my work on this they are saying that we will have to check if your case can be re-opened or not ???WHAT A RUBBISH they never \asked me before closing my case how can they close my case without my consent .And now i dont;t wanna deal with them i want refund and i will fight for my hard earned money

i also have e-mail id's and contact number of few more people who got cheated by them and now we all are planing an action against them..Any one who wants to join please mail me ..

It's a request to google to take the social responsibility and please block their website ..
