Dreamline India — making fraud to peoples

I got call from dream line india for work permit to canada. After the discussions i registered for a work permit to canada. I don't get any interviews after 8months.in my agreement it is written like they will provide close work permit to canada. After 8months i have called them and said please refund my amount. Then they made a interview. I have participated the interview. Then they told me i was failed the interview. So i said them to refund my amount.in my agreement it is not written they need 60days for refund. So please solve my refund. If i didn't get any solutions solutions i will forward my complaint.
