On 23 august i pay 50, 000by credit card (51375 rs with charges 2 times one with dreamplug technologies both are cred operated transaction same amount)rupees to a merchant ashvaa innovations bengaluru,
i get a otp on my mobile and i share to merchant my credit card bank confermed it with me for authenticate.
And transaction was successfully completed from my card.
Next day i get call from cred dreamplug for once again confirm the transaction. I do the same response " yes i only do it " but my merchant says that both 2 transaction are hold for non cunferm by my the customer till now i didn't receive any amount back to my credit card account or my merchant.
Merchant also do complaint from ther end to cred "sr[protected]icrm-5300301 "on 30august or 31 august .
My credit card bill is genarated and bill due date is nearing.
