I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against CRED, a financial service provider, for a series of issues I have encountered while attempting to resolve my concerns with them. My experiences with CRED have been deeply unsatisfactory, and I believe it is crucial to bring these matters to your attention for further investigation and resolution.

The specific grievances I wish to highlight are as follows:

Absence of Contact Number: CRED does not provide a contact number for customer support, rendering it nearly impossible to seek immediate assistance for urgent matters.

Exclusive Chat Support: The platform relies solely on chat-based customer support. While chat support can be convenient, it has proven ineffective in addressing my issues in a timely manner.

Net Banking Limitations: I have encountered a significant issue wherein CRED only accepts net banking payments up to INR 2 lakhs. This arbitrary restriction has hindered my ability to settle my outstanding loan amount in full through this method.

Debit Card Payment Failures: Multiple attempts to make payments using my debit card have failed consistently, exacerbating my frustration and raising questions about the reliability of CRED's payment processing.

Lack of Response for Alternative Payment Methods: Despite numerous requests for alternative payment solutions, I have received no response from CRED's support team, causing further frustration and anxiety.

These issues have forced me to continue paying EMIs when my preference is to settle the loan in its entirety. The overall experience has cast doubt on the legitimacy of CRED's operations, and I am deeply concerned about the impact on consumers like myself.

I kindly request that the Consumer Board conducts a thorough investigation into these matters and takes appropriate action to rectify the situation. It is crucial to ensure that consumers are not subjected to unfair or deceptive practices and that their rights and interests are protected.

I appreciate your attention to this serious matter and trust that the Consumer Board will work diligently to address these concerns and uphold the principles of consumer protection.
