I have booked flat in dreamz sampoorna on 21st mar 2015 based on land documents they showed and started making payment ie paid rs 600000/- as down payment to them via check.in meantime i was asking them about allotment letter but every time they were giving me false promise that i will get sale agreement/ allotment letter soon. Finally my patience level broke and i asked them to cancel the booking and pay my money back. Finally cancelled the booking and they asked me to come after 3 months. With much difficulty, pressure and humiliation got the cheque, which later they have told not to deposit, they would go with rtgs in a month and given me one more letter for refund and promised me to pay me entire amount with interest, post to the month they have ignored! Still no refund is made to me

Hi, I have booked flat in dreamz Saakar on 9th September 2015 based on land documents they showed and started making payment. By March 2016 I paid total 10 lacs as down payment to them via check. Finally my patiencell level broke and I asked them to cancel the booking and pay my money back then they gave me letter saying will start work by Feb 2016. I waited till Jul 16 and finally cancelled the booking and they have give me one more letter for refund and promised me to pay me entire amount with interest by 7th Dec 2016.recently I got to know that CEO Sachin Nair has been arrested and all dreamz offices are shut for time being. I am not seeing any hopes of refund soon. Please help me with this

I have invested 19L as 100% payment for a 3 BHK flat in May 2012. Till now in December 2016 there is no progress and update.

Tried to contact them from different numbers, all numbers are not reachable. Relationship Manager number kept ringing no response, no reply of emails for months.
Looks like they are warping up their business and planing to run away.

To fight against them. I would like to create a group and raise a complain against them in Economic offering wing or MCA of Govt of India.

No point to contact them in their office and request them for money. We lost our heard earned money and no one can enjoy that by depriving us.

There is no transparency in the project details and possible threat of having multiple owners for a single flat.
Forcing customers to pay in full, else the booking will be cancelled.
Despite of having given full amount (21 lakhs + tax ) for a project called Siddhi where majority of the customers have made full payment, construction is delayed over years and they have audacity to tell "delay is common, what you expect in low cost housing".
Since one of the major share holder is arrested, things have come to stand still.
Having waited for years, either need the money in return with interest as they have breached the " commitment letter" or possession at earliest is what I will look for as unfortunate customer.
The phones are switched off. Office is barely open, majority of the time, we could see some customers like me fighting for their hard earned money .
The So called directors are not coming to picture despite of the complaints registered in near by police station Madiwala.
Myself along with fellow customers need justice .

I have booked a flat in Dreamz Saakar, horamavu in the month of July 2015. So far, I have paid a sum of Rs.8, 71, 000 towards the same. I have cancelled the booking in April 2016. They're least bothered to return the money. No response from them. It's a fraud company. They don't attend the phone calls from the customers. Really struggling to get the money back.

I have book 2 BHK flat near to JP Nagar in Sai Sagar project. In June, 2016, after booking to next day I got to know this builder is most fraud company in Bangalore, India. They have cheated more than 500 customers who are struggling for to get their money. After cancellation in June 2016, they gave me Kotak Mahindara Bank post cheque for 120 days which was in November and cheque was bounce due to account closed. Today 3rd Dec 2016 more then 200 people protested to their office. Please I will suggest to innocent people dont invest or buy any flats to this fraud builder. Please find below link:

My name is keshav, iam book the plot kanakapura road Dreamz infra project, 2014for rs. 350000/-, but still now nothing constructed, so that iam cancel the booking on 2016 january, they give 4 months after post dated cheque, when i deposit the cheque its bounced, for insufficient funds.. almost 11 months over still iam not get the my booking amount. please return back my booking amount.

I, Chanchal Kumar Shandilya had booked a 2 BHK flat measuring 1025 Square feet, in the project Dreamz Samarpit, dated 23 Nov 2014, for a sum of Rs 23, 50, 000/- (Rupees Twenty Three Lakhs Fifty Thousand only) and I opted 30% down payment scheme and I have paid a sum of Rs 7, 05, 000/- (Seven lakh five thousand only) as an advance. Projected situated at Nagavara Village, Kasaba Hobli, Bangalore North Taluk Bangalore. Due to delay in startup of project I had opted to cancel the booking. As per the MOU, on cancellation the money should have been refunded within 120 working days, as such the cheque No. 210637 dated 12 Mar 16 for the amount of Rs 7, 05, 000/- was issued which got dishonoured due to "Funds insufficient". On 11 Mar 2016 company issued a letter stating "This letter is to inform you that we issued a cheque it got dishonoured. Because of insufficient fund so we will refunding your cancellation amount of Rs 7, 05, 000/- through Demand Draft or RTGS which will be issued on April 3rd week 2016 onwards with the delay charges of 15% p.a". However, after a numerous visits to their office they had refunded Rs 3, 50, 000/- (Three lakh and Fifty thousand only) in installments.
They have deputed beautiful chicks at their front office to attract customers and when you go for the refund there they have "gundas" to threaten the customers who comes for refund.
There is a person called Mr Dilip Territory Manager also expert in making false promises. In the refund section there is a person called Mr Amarnath, who is very expert in making people to run around their office with their false promises.
I have lodged a complain on the website of Commissioner of Police Bangalore, but not use.

Seems there is a very good political backup for this company. You can even watch this video how this man Mr Sachin Naik of this company making a fake promises to the people.

I G E Prabhakar booked flat in the month if December 2012. Construction work is not start after a long time so I had cancel flat in the month of may 2016. I had received a pdc cheque of 9, 15, 071/- rs. But cheque is bounce. Afterwards I had visit DreamZ office they told we will clear the amount within December 30th by instalment. But still they will not give single rupee. Please release money as early as possible.

I am following with Dreamz Infra from a long time for refund of Rs7.50 Lac against cancellation of booked flat in Sadan Project in the name of my wife Neetu Tiwari booked in the Year 2015.
It is now more than of 5 months of cancellation and also received cheque dated 10/09/2016, but get a call from them that not to present case as no fund available in the account and they promised me to pay amount through Demand Draft... since that time i am following them but no proper response received.

My self sandeep pattnaik, i had booked a unit under sadan project on 8th nov 2015. after the booking, had received a numerous call from different dented, painted, unprofessional ladies. i have paid 7lakh amount and they had promised to start the construction work form feb 2016 onwards. also they said that, bbmp approval is cleared and they are just waiting for bhumi puja.

After that they started avoiding me and avoided the phone calls, no email reply the behavior and attitude was completely changed which was completely unbelievable for me.

In the mean time i came outside of india and there was no contact with bangalore. i am coming to know form different sources that, they have stopped the sadan project already.in that case, they did not communicate with me anything on this. it's already been 1 year and there was no update from them.

Currently hearing that, there are always protest going on in order to retrieve back the public amount. they are cheaters and no idea how are they surviving bangalore without any support that to in "modi govt".
There must be some support from high end, so openly they are cheating customers like us. upon inquiring, there are hell lots of complains are registered in police and court against this.

My money is in a big trouble and crash. please help me to sort this out asap. please give your kind attention to this, because in this forum i am escalating on this and i am ready to go to any level at any extend if required.

Myself and my Nephew booked two flat in DreamZ Sarovar project on 15th Aug 2016 by paying first instalment of Rupees One Lakh each. During the discussion Mr. Murthy (DreamZ executive) promised that all documents including building license are available except BDA approval which will be available within 6 weeks and can be given after receipt of first instalment.

Subsequently we had received lot of calls from DreamZ office asking for the balance money, but none of them responded to our request to produce the documents. After several discussions they told us, none of the documents are available and we may proceed with cancellation.

We have received a letter from your office that the refund will be given after Feb 2017 onwards (we couldn't understand the word onwards!).

The property Dreamz Shloka on from Bangalore, HSR Layout are total fraudsters. They have goons employed at their doorstep. Cause they have taken crores of money from innocent earning middle class people for a property they dont own and dont have an approval for. All the employees working in the company abet the crime. Many people are fighting for their money day in and out. Their advertisements are totally misleading for many innocent people. I myself am an customer and have been cheated of 13 lakhs in this project and they dont plan to return. They sent me a cheque which bounced and now no one even answers the call. Its been 4 years I am trying to get my money back. Pleasehelp.

I humbly request all people all over Bangalore and all over India not to book any flats with DREAMZ INFRA INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED and please don’t loose your hard earned money. If you still want to book a flat with them, please proceed with only executed projects with necessary approvals in place and where they started construction. Also please ensure to register Agreement to Sale immediately without fail. Get the Construction Agreement also signed and registered. Do not book any flats with them in the name of pre-launch offers, which they never execute in their life time. Most of them are not registered flats in their name or the documents which they are showing all are fake only.
Also note most of the Banks in Bangalore Black Listed Dreamz Infra Private Limited for Funding and you will end up in paying your own funds or end up in loosing the flats by withdrawing your amount with posted dated cheques which always getting bounced due to insufficient funds.
I also came to know from these idiots not handing over the Flats to customers even after Flats getting Registered they are not handing over the keys and keep on telling that it is management Decision to handover the keys only after inauguration, which never takes place. They keep keys with them to show to other customers to book the same flat twice or register the same flat to multiple times to many people and booking same flats to more than 3 people minimum. All their Flats booked same flat to multiple people .
I have booked a flat at Dreamz Infra Pvt Limited, Bangalore by making a down payment of Rs.12, 50, 000 in the Month of December 2012 in Shloka-2 HSR Layout with pre-launch offer with a commitment to execute the project by March 2013. However, till date (27.03.2014) this builder not even registered the property in their name and keep on postponing. With lot of difficulties and manhandling I got my money back. This builder also Launching too many projects 75+ and keep on grabbing Lakhs and crores of money from middle class customers in the name of pre-launch offers with fake brochures and documents without having land registered in their name, without having approvals in place and without executing the projects . Till date they have not executed and completed any of the project except two very small project near Silk Board, which they are claiming they achieved very big projects. Even in these projects their quality of Construction is very poor, installed very poor quality Bathroom Fittings and Doors. They use poorest quality of Filter Sand / almost like mud only, Poor quality of Cement, Poorest quality of Tiles etc. We need to put a full stop for this developer as i feel they may cheat all the customers with biggest real estate scam. They are just selling Dreams not flats with higher Discounts which are not in existence in the market. They are just keeping north Indian half sleeve, half skirt, half middy wearing girls to attract the customers with lot Frootee, Juce, LACE and lemon chocolates, Small gifts to children, small kitchen items to ladies and displaying Purchased PRIZED in the shops by claiming they got these prizes to cheat the customers, false reviews from their own employees or paid reviews from customers to trap the customers in the name of pre launch offers. Please do not book any flats with these frauds as they are not executing any project. Just for eye wash they will execute 2 -3 small projects and they will vanish with your hard earned money. If you look at the faces of the people in Dreamz they are un-educated but carrying designations like, Vice President, President, Director, General Manager, Deputy General Manager and all idiots are above Manager Level only even without passing 10th or +2 standard.
They are intentionally delaying the projects to grab the money and refund this money with post dated cheques of Six Months and most of the times these cheques are not getting honored due to insufficient funds in their account. Again they will sell the same flat to other people and trapping them to the same well. Once they take your money no one will take responsibility and no proper answer will be given. They keep referring us to contact multiple people every time. There will be no single person stay in touch for more than one month

I have been a victim too. It's been 192 complain and no one is taking any action regarding public issues I even wonder where are public servants who call them self as leaders. We sit this way we won't even get a penny back. It's time to come together and take an action using media. Media is only way we will be getting our money back. It's a big money we all have invested. People are suffering so much regarding this I even wonder how government allowed such a person to come up with projects and who gave her awards I don't think so any award winner would do such a thing with public. This is not been into media that's why they cheating more people and this will continue with others too. Rather writing a big complain here it's better to take an action against this and get our money back. There should be a way out. Voice up and get this to media. There are so many channels out there who will reach our voice to government and other ministers and MLA's before it's too late. Living a complaint here no one as ever taken an action. So people please my only advise now only choice is media. Some one has to man up and people will join you in this even will have public support. It will be the biggest news in India I guess. We all need justice it's not our fault either we blame all the authorities who gave permission for such a fraud to get here in this field we need to blame the one who passed the bill for her to open up an estate agency does she even have license?

We had booked a flat with dreamz. The project didn't start. They didn't provide d land possession documents even after repeated asking, they said they will return the money in 3 months the issue the cheque which got bounced we have visited then several times and every time they ask us to come on some other day, we are struggling to get back our money

I am also a victim of dreamz infra, booked a flat in dreamz siddi vinayak(sarjapur rd) in jan 2014 with 50% payment and cancelled in april 2016 as project did not started.after multiple visit they have provided refund cheque in july 2016 (Post dated cheque of 30 oct 2016)
Which got dishonoured today.

I had booked flat in 2014 in dreamz sanadhya and paid two lakh. but project still not started. i had cancelled my booking in dec 14. still a had not received money and mr. amarnath and mr. tajesh were threatening me. please do not invest money in dreamz infra. it is my humble request otherwise you also suffer like us. is there no one who can black list this company.

Iam RaghuBabu from Andhra, invested 14 Lacks rupees in dreamz infra SADAN project 19 monthes back, that time promised all approvals in place and possession in 20 mothes time but nothing happened..Later some tragic incident's happened in my family, we lost father, old house in village collapsing, old widow mother under uncontrolled sarrow, village land lords whom taken loan pressurizing .My temporary contract job condition also pathetic.We struggling in life and with great difficulty went Bangalore last month and met Sales head and CRM head and shown all proofs, even then they again want to further more to delay by swap to other project, not understanding my life and death issue .They dont have any heart?I sincerely requested them to give back my money on emergency basis, see how their management will respond.My email address: [protected]@gmail.com
