Purchased flat @ dreamzinfra Bangalore in Feb 2014 and cancelled the same in April 2015 due to their unmet false promises.. I had paid them 5 lac 75 thousands as down-payment well before their strict timelines.. I had to take personal loan for paying them the down-payment. And later during cancellation they gave me pd cheques which just one day before it's due date, they told not to submit as bank account was having insufficient balance. Then they sent another cheques and this time these cheques got bounced. When informed for which I had to call and try several times and send them several SMS after that I used to get response that they will surely return the money.. I had send them the notice as well but no response and affect.
Later after some polite talk with Mr.Amarnath from cancellation team managed to refund 2 lacs to me via neft and later he is continuously neglecting my call and SMS. The issue is with their unstructured system. They do not have proper setup. They have so many directors of 25 -30 years of age.. sometime it surprised me about their genuineness.
Now still amount 3 lacs 75 thousands without calculating interest is pending with them. Please help someone how to get the money back with them. Thanks in advance for your endeavour.

This is regarding my booking of two (1 BHK) Flats in the name of R K Maurya under Swadesh project October 2013. Payment of Rs.600000/- was made Waited so long hoping project may start. Now I am totally fed-up with them and want my money back.They are not picking up the phone, heard that the office is closed . Help us to get our money back.

Dreamz infra Bangalore sold me Sadan flat in June 2015, told all approvals in place and construction in 1 month time, shown fake documents and given confirmation letter that possession in 18 monthes and collected 14 lacks rupees, reality no approvals, and that land has no road access and till now nothing happened .I lost my father, my old sick mother in damaged house needs immediate reconstruction.Shown proofs to Dreamz management Sachin Naik, Disha Chowdary, CRM, &SALES heads, promised to help, till now nothing happened, already 4 months passed, no result.Karnataka government also not helping. Iam struggling with family and children.When all my pains go off.

Hello, I also booked two apartment in SADAN project in Aug-2016, I cancelled the my booking and they gave one receipt with detailed information and committed to return my money back with interest on 17th January 2017 but I did not get even a single penny as of now. My daughter and husband jointly invested in Swadesh project in March 2016. Umesh Kr Singh and Ms Bhavana had come to collect the cheque of Rs8 Lakhs for 2, 1BHK flats on 28/03/16 as 55% payment with an assurance that we will need to pay the balance only at the time of possession Later they forced us to shell out Rs 1 Lakh for sale agreement. We have an MOU but no registration which we tried to chase. Now their phones are disconnected. We wish to join the group which will take it up legally We need to get the money back. Will the Govt and Judiciary help us recover the amount. It is her hard earned money which she hoped would be a help in later years.They have really cheated us Someone please help us get back the invested money

I lost my father, my widow sick mother struggling with life in damaged collapsing house same pic attached. We booked 1BHK flat in Dreamz Swagat Project in Jan 2016, But there was no progress of this project, while we intimate to them for cancellation no one responds as well CRM changed frequently . This Fraud company left from bangalore with closure of office as well all employees also switched off their mobiles phones and we struggled for back our money . Requested Support on this Regard

Myself Madhu, Booked flat in Dreamz Infra GK -Shloka 1 in year Aug 2013 and paid around 13lakh so far for 2bhk apartment.
All these while they repeatedly said that the construction will start and now got to know that the land is under litigation and not getting proper response also from them, hence please look into this matter at the earliest and request to resolve the same.

Please help me in getting my money back.

On 23rd I visited Dreamz GKoffice on 22nd October all the way from Delhi to collect the MOU. On 7th Novemer, 2016, MOU (filled) documents were collected by your sales boy Mr. Umesh from my relatives home at Banglore. Till then, I am requesting to send/provide me the signed MOU but no body at your end bothered. From last two months I am daily trying to contact to your office & other mobile numbers but all of your staff has barred all incoming calls or switched off their mobiles..
Now, I am no more interested in dealing with you. So I hereby inform you that I am going to cancel my booking of both flats. I need my money Rs. 1 lack back with monthly interest 3% (Credit card rate) and request you to please arrange to provide my money back. If I do not get any response on my money I am going to file a complaint. Request you to please do the needful.

Hi,

I have booked 2 apartments in dreamz shloka hsr layout project 2yrs back. Still the construction not started. Currently i am staying in usa but shifting in april to bangalore and thought will stay in this apartment. But now i am worried about investing my hard earned money in this project. I made a biggest mistake in my life.

I booked a 2 BHK flat at Saakar in Horamavu almost 3 years back and paid 50% of amount. Visited their office so many times and every time same story the construction would start in 1-2 months time. In 3 years they couldn't put single brick yet. Waited so long hoping if not in 2 months project may start in next 6 months. Now I am totally fed-up with them and want my money back.
Let me know if there's a group so we together can file a case in court.

I had booked a flat under the Dreamz Samvesha Project on 27.02.2016 and paid the booking amount of Rs. 7.07 lakhs under 35% downpayment option.
They said they will start that project within 3 months, but till now their is nothing planned. I came to known that project is under litigation.

Yesterday i.e.[protected] i approached the office, the all old staff were already left the company and saw several customers suffering from this people. I got shocked by listening their words and running around these company for refund like helpless. Some stories on check bounces etc.
Those company people enjoying the show happly.

Then i made my self to cancel the booking and applied for the cancellation.
And i also requested the senior person named Mr. Amarnath, he said need to wait for the 120 days which is already written in MOU very smartly.

Even though we wait until 5 months and i am not sure these people will so easily refund our harded money or not. So me and some people who are suffering all registered complaint on these Dreamz Infra india yesterday in madiwala police station, bangalore as we have still some hopes on our india law and we respect as citizens.

So, i am also registering the consumer complaint in this forum. so i request you to please help us and do the justification to us and help us in getting the refund of our money.

I have booked a flat in dreamz samadhan in 2015 and the project has not started after 1 year and cancelled the booking. They issued a postbdated cheque, the cheque they issued bounced for account closure. They are not picking up the phone, heard that the office is closed . Help us to get our money back. Dreamz Infra has taken 10 lacs from me 2yrs back and is not refunding the money inspite of multiple requests or starting construction.There CRM changed every 2 months..it seems that there website is also gone bust.Is there an active group against Dreamz Infra..want to file a suit in the court..if groups are there we can.fight together against this fraudulent builder..can anyone help to recover my hard earned money..21.01.17

I have paid from my hard earned savings 11 lakhs Rupees and booked Apartment SaiSagar project . I have paid money, I was told that the project isgetting delayed. They promised me to provide the allottment letter by Jan 2nd week 2017. Since week days I am trying to reach, no one is answering the phones.

2+years back, I had booked 2 flats in Dreamz Sakaar, one for me and another for my cousin sister paying 30% for each flat, i:e around 24 lacs. Dreamz infra promised to handover the flat in 12/18 months, still now the construction not yet started. Umesh was the guy from dreamz who was convinced us to book the flat and later he referred Laxmi as the contact person for Sakaar project.
3-4months back I approached Laxmi to cancel the booking and return back the money, as I am facing financial problem. She told to return back soon, but after that her number and Umesh number both are call barred and mail delivery failed(There was a temporary problem delivering your message to [protected]@dreamzinfra.com) from last 2months .I am so worried about my hard earned money.
No response from CRM also.
Please help me to get back my money .

Similar to your issues, I booked flat in dreamz samrudhi project in sep'13. I have paid 22.5 lacs. Biggest blunder ever committed in my life

Same stories, false promises on egisterations, frequent changes in CRMs. All CRMs have barred incoming calls, emails are bouncing since last 1 month. Really worried & having sleepless nights
