[Resolved]  Dressalive.com — fraud company supplying fake products

I saw the advertisement of "https://www.dressalive.com/" through tiktok. It was a great offer for the product, so i placed an order worth 1550 inr on 23rd january 2020 via cod and the order id is 3966. After ordering, i happened to see lot of complaint about the site on google so i cancelled the product online and didn't accept the delivery attempt on 28th january 2020. I thought this might end the process but to my surprise they attempted a sudden second delivery attempt on 4th feb 2020. Since i wasn't there at my home, my relatives recieved the order and paid cash as the delivery person insosted on cash payment only. I had ordered 2 gowns but i received 2 sarees instead. The product which i received is in no resemblance with the product which i purchased/ordered. I tried searching for their customer care no. But there's nothing on the site so i mailed them on [protected]@dressalive.com but there's no response from them. So that no one else will suffer this situation. Please help me get my money back and also ban this fraud site so that no one else is cheated again by them.
