I placed an order on September 1st, and when I received the product, it was vastly different from what was depicted in the images. The quality was also abysmal, and to make matters worse, the product was defective. I decided to contact their customer service, hoping for a resolution.

However, my experience with their customer service representative was highly unprofessional and rude. To my surprise, I was informed that they don't offer a pickup service for returns. Instead, they asked me to bear an additional cost of Rs 500 to return the item to their address.

Once they received my return, they informed me that they didn't have the products I originally wanted in stock. This was frustrating, but I decided to move on. The bigger issue now is that I've lost confidence in their ability to provide quality products. I recently selected an item worth Rs 2000, and their exchange executive asked me to pay an additional Rs 150 for shipping charges.

I proposed adjusting the remaining amount from the previous order as it was of worth 2200/-, but they declined. It's become clear that this company does not have the products they showcase on their website. It's incredibly frustrating to feel like I'm wasting both my money and time.

This company seems to be operating dishonestly, using enticing images from Instagram to lure customers. However, they don't actually possess the products they advertise. This has become a significant issue affecting many customers, and it requires immediate attention and action. I hope for a swift resolution to this problem. Thank you.
