I placed an order on September 1st, and when I received the product, it was vastly different from what was depicted in the images. The quality was also abysmal, and to make matters worse, the product was defective. I decided to contact their customer service, hoping for a resolution.

Waiting for product since 3 weeks. Fraud company
Do not buy anything here. They accept order and money but their logistics partner will never deliver at your pincode. Plus the customer care lady is brainless. I have recorded all her abuse and will soon file a complaint....

I ordered 11 pcs total price 22593 but received only 3 pcs.

Dresses bazars owned by Jigna doshi took 2100 for a saree said will deliver it within 4-5 days when she dint deliver I asked her for tracking which also she dint send after which i asked her to send tracking again she stoped replying and said you can di watsover complaint I don’t care

This page on Instagram called dresses Bazar posts pictures of some super quality dresses and states that they deliver the exact same product
But when you order trusting them and then come to know about their road side cheap quality products and also their behaviour towards customer after you don't like their products.
They say they provide an easy exchange which take months so how easy it is you know it now
Not only this they charge Shipping for exchange dress which is double the actual shipping charges.
The way they speak to the customers after you demand an exchange is horrible.
They say do whatever you want.

Don't buy from dresses bazar they don't have return policy and they don't even send dres as it look like in pic it's totally different. It's fraud and i didn't get back my amount.

Worst product received..

Totally unworthy products please don't buy, they are misleading with good videos and attractive pictures.

After asking for return and exchange they are so rudely replying with the same policies mentioned here by someone. So after reading all the reviews here I have decided not to return as even that product will not come and i will also end up paying more for shipping charge of Rs 150.

Please take some serious action against this dresses bazar instagram account as they are deceiving people. These people show products which celebrity wears and gives assurance that same quality same material would be delivered. but when actual product is received it is fake, color is different, unfinished stitch etc etc. they dont answer our calls and when answered they are rude and claim there is no refund. I had ordered a dress to wear on eid and was so disappoitned when received. I called up them and the female answering was so rude. She started teaching me client’s ethics and forgot how to talk to the customers. They have been deceiving people in past too please take serious action aginst them. They fool people and take money from them.

I have ordered a dress in insta site dresses bazar. It's the worst experience I had with insta shopping. I ordered a dress, paid the money and after two weeks, I did not receive any response regarding my order status or shipping. I lost my money and did not receive the product as well. And they are not responding even after multiple messgaes and blocking the calls
