Driftdeals — Eyebrow hair remover

Dear sir,

My complaint registered on 14 Aug 2020 as follows is still not resolved:

This is to bring to your notice that i have received delivery of my said order of flawless eyebrow hair remover, on 13th aug 2020. My order number is dd123034 and my delhivery number is[protected].

To my shock, the item that i had ordered was different than what was delivered. I had placed order for eyebrow hair remover and hence the item was expected to have a finer tip, was slimmer and was rechargeable with a cord.

As against that i have received facial hair remover... And to top it this item is not rechargeable but requires battery...

Moreover, the original package of the product was damaged and the battery is missing! I have shared all the images with driftdeals which they have received.

So the driftdeals mailed me saying that the issue will be resolved by replacing the item. I however have not yet received any further communication or replacement from driftdeals in spite of sending a reminder mail.

This is a serious breach of trust and i urge you to replace my order with the right one immediately or else refund me the full amount ie rs 999 at the earliest.
