The most pathetic customer care ever. I raised a request on the 19th of Mar 2024 for uninstallation. afterwards I have called the customer care executives so many times. Each time they denied support telling there is a different dedicated team who takes uninstallation requests and they will call me back. Nobody called and the vicious cycle continued. Now I am moving out tomorrow and stuck with this purifier. Just disgusting unprofessional service.
