I ordered a Drink Prime water purifier which was delivered on 6th [Month]. I had assumed that the installation would happen the same day, but as I wasn’t home at the time, the delivery team simply dropped off the product and left without setting up an installation appointment.

Not addressing uninstallation request

The most pathetic customer care ever. I raised a request on the 19th of Mar 2024 for uninstallation. afterwards I have called the customer care executives so many times. Each time they denied support telling there is a different dedicated team who takes uninstallation requests and they will call me back. Nobody called and the vicious cycle continued. Now I am moving out tomorrow and stuck with this purifier. Just disgusting unprofessional...

Harrasment by Drinkprime

After being customer for many years this is their reality - harrasment by service engineer and Drinkprime support team😡😡😡😡

1) i have unused water of 2100 ltrs for which i paid money..multiple times told them for a single person the plan rate needs to be adjusted but they are forcing me to donate water or buy the purifier!
2) it's been 15 days i have raised multiple tickets, wrote on social media, called them...

Drink prime water purifier company is a fraud company. Despite recharging every month on a repeated basis, the machine doesn't sync.. for atleast a day after recharge.
When called, their customer support Will make customers wait for over 30 mins or more. They will call back via ivrs to ask if the issue is resolved but won't assign any agent to resolve the issue. The customer is left frustrated after making the payment and still has to pay for bottled water because their faulty machine won't sync. I have followed all procedures and still machine doesn't sync

    I am trying to get the support from drinkprime for filter service...i tried to chat with them, but their response is really pathetic and they are increasing the customer charges and also decreased the payment from 30 days to 28 days.
    Same issue even I'm facing. My initial due date was 28th of every month and now it reached to 15th of this month. Inspite of multiple interactions there is no use. They are just making money out of customers poacket.

      Not able to drink water and bringing outside water and drinking

      If this continues i will return your device and refund the amount

        They have taken ₹3655 from me. And promised me 6 months of subscription based service. But they haven't activated my account yet. Also, they are impossible to reach. They never pick calls. NEVER. They call back only for new connection. I tried reaching that way too. A guy called and then said the other team will call back. It's been 2 days since then. I'm still waiting for the call. I wish such companies get sued for this kind of service.

            The worst and most crazy service who is highly ignorant towards existing customer

            I have been using drink prime since 2 years. Considering that it was a viable option for me I stuck with the service even after numerous problems i faced starting from device maintenance, machine problem, etc etc etc and the list goes on. Keeping all aside, recently I shifted cities and drink has a relocation policy that they will take my machine and will reinstall it at new location. After N number of phone calls the device was finally taken....

            Need to raise a complaint about the Drink Prime water purifier based out of Banglore.The machine was installed by the company after taking the security deposit of Rs1500\- at the time of installation in the month of Mar22. Now that machine is giving problem even though I have sufficient Balance in my subscription. Automatically the water is stopped after some time the water is coming sometime it will not come. Hence I had a chat their CS team through whatsup. I was told to contact the CS Team by phone. whenver I tried I was in que more then hr. which I mentioned to CS team through whatsup agian they will say the concern team member will call you. I have been getting the same message I was fed up with their service. As a result I had to buy the Bottle water from the shop to run our daily needs. why should I buy the water from out side when I have water purifier machine at my home. need yr help either to resolve the issue or get my money back.

              Cancellation and no refund

              We are using a water purifier called drinkprime and for a week and a half calling them to re-installation in a new location, but they have been making excuses after excuses that we will send you a technician but nobody arrives, when we asked for cancellation still they are hanging us dry with silly excuses, we pay ₹399 per month.. I want my money refunded.....
