This is one of the nonsense products that I have opted for.
First of all, their application does not work for the iPhone ( iOS ). It has been 3 days that I have recharged for and water is not getting dispensed from the device.
We have a small kid at home and we need to get water from outside sources due to the device not working.
Since the last 3 days this app has been Syncing in progress. B### product.
Their Technical SUPPORT is USELESS. They do not respond properly. Give false information to CUSTOMERs. Gives false commitments.
Their CUSTOMER SUPPORT team told me that the technician will visit yesterday ( Saturday ) evening. No one had come.
This morning I called again and they told them that they will visit by today evening.. No one had come.
Now, I got a message that the technician visit is postponed.
