I have been using Drinkprime water purifier for 2-3 years and as i was having customer service issues. I have asked them to disconnect and uninstall the device in March 2023. However as i was out of station i told them to collect when am back to Bangalore. Upon my return in June they picked the device and now not willing to give my security deposit of 1500 back stating that I didnt recharge .. This company is big Fraud and cheat. They dont...

Change in plan after renewal

I would like to raise my consern regarding Drinkrime RO rental plan. After completing a year at 499/month i renewed the plan on receiving a call from the service provider to continue.. later i received the notification stating the management has decided to change the plan to 499/28days.
The terms of renewal was 499/month hence the company is obliged to continue the same for one year as promised
I think this is clear case of...

Ticket No. 731764

Am a regular user of Drink Prime from past years, this is to inform Drink Prime Purifier at my home is not working since 23 Feb 2023.
I called customer care several times but always CCM's are busy. Finally 1 person calls & convinces but after that till today no call from anyone.
The worst thing is not even a single time customer care dept. picks up the call or bothers to revert back.

Can someone please reach out as matter o[censored]rgency. It's been a week but still no resolution for the problem we are facing. Seriously this is really very bad service. I don't understand why it's taking so long to get this resolved. The subscription has been extended, advance rental has been paid and today 499 INR was deducted but still the device is not working. Is this the service you provide to your customers of drink prime?

    This is one of the nonsense products that I have opted for.

    First of all, their application does not work for the iPhone ( iOS ). It has been 3 days that I have recharged for and water is not getting dispensed from the device.

    We have a small kid at home and we need to get water from outside sources due to the device not working.

    Since the last 3 days this app has been Syncing in progress. B### product.br...

    We are using a water purifier called drink prime, I am facing trouble with my refund. Its been approximately over 3 months but they have been making excuses after excuses that we will send the money but nobody want to take charge over it. We have requested or asked several times still they are hanging us dry with silly excuses. Nobody is there to listen or help . I want my money back ASAP. Kindly help me with this.

      Machine does not work, cant change plan on app, customer service does not answer

      Been using your service since 8-9 months. Firstly don't understand why your app doesn't let users change the plan. I have to reach out to customer service, the customer service has a work time. If I am at work and the instrument doesn't disperse water, I have to go home and only then recharge as it needs to be synced using Bluetooth, which means my family cannot drink water even if I recharge from my office. You want the users to reach out...
