Dear sir
My name is varinder singh and i am serving in indian navy. I applied for my learning license 27/09/2017 and they have taken my photo twice and now when i get my license the photograph is not correct as my eyes are closed. Their little ignorance now cause me huge suffering as i have a little holidays so i request you to direct them to correct my driving license no PB70 [protected].
