Driving License — Driving licence had approval since 2018,but did not received

Dear sir/mam,
I have apply dL since 2018, due to some issues I had not received the DL smart card.
I had more success but I had not success.
After some time, I had again tried that gave me success for driving licence. Also i had more enquiry related to SDM EAST all staff members, but they had not understand that I speak.
Driving licence approval since 2018 and also shown in govt.app in digi locker.
So why DL have not printing,
Application no.[protected]
Date of birth.[protected]

If have again apply LL/DL slot, then a new box open in which writes "slot booking not allowed due to approval already.

My DL no. PB91 [protected]
But staff member say this is no recorded in my system, how is possible?
