Driving License — fraudulently made driving license at my address by some other person

This is to inform you that I Mahaveer Singh legal owner of F-2nd, 732/b, Sangam Vihar, New Delhi -110080, and want to lodge complaint against Inderjeet who made driving license fraudulantly on my address, even we dont know about him, courier boy came yesterday to deliver the post and we denied to take this poat, his license copy enclosed below for your reference. We humbly request you to kindly cancel it as earliest possible.
