Myself punith It is such a worst response they give .they just ask money for each and everything .since I have not received my DL through post even after 1 month, and when we came to the RTO office in battrahalli krpuram on 07-07-17, the person sitting in the cabin who is himself not a employee of RTO responded to us in a very bad manner .please take some action regarding this and learn to treat public in a proper manner . thank you.
