Driving License — Unable to process my learner's license | |||||
Sir, I reside at Nangloi and applied online for a Learner's License and chose IP Extension as my Transport Department. Even after paying the full fees, when I reached there, I was informed that they have some issues with the internet and would not be able to entertain me. When I asked for the refund, they simply refused stating that I have to collect it from the Transport Authority itself. As it is already mentioned on the Delhi's Transport website that for a non-commercial Learner's License, we can apply online and choose any Transport Authority to give our test and complete other formalities.
